As a result of our continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced paraplanner to join our team in either Carlisle or Penrith. 

The Paraplanner role provides high-quality technical support to Financial Planners and Advisers, preparing research, analysis, and suitability reports. This role ensures that recommendations are compliant, client-focused, and aligned with business objectives.

You’ll be someone who has: 

  • Previous experience in Paraplanning or Financial Planning support, you will ideally already be qualified in Financial Planning, or have a desire to work towards your level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, something the firm would support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products.
  • Excellent research and report-writing skills.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to interpret complex client data and produce compliant recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Be attentive to the needs of our clients.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
